For more than 25 we are working as a multidisciplinary team of City planners, Landscape Architects and Professionals specialized in Ecology, led by Noboru Kawashima and Martha Cecilia Fajardo. We represent a great variety of cultural experiences and recognized expertise in a number of disciplines.
